Noah Custer grew up just outside New Orleans. He studied creative arts at NOCCA, then earned a BFA in Film and Television at SCAD with a minor in social strategy. He started Oar Films to make brand films and campaign photography where the stories actually happen: docks, marshes, back roads and coastline from New Orleans to the Emerald Coast. One small crew shoots the film and the stills on the same days, in the same light, so every piece of a campaign looks like it belongs together.
